Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Code of Conduct

Plantec,Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) has established this CSR Code of Conduct to fulfill its social responsibility, based on its corporate philosophy and vision.

This Code of Conduct sets forth the fundamental principles that all officers and employees must adhere to, with the objective of achieving a sustainable society and enhancing corporate value through corporate actions based on a high ethical standards, in addition to strict compliance with all laws and regulations.

3. Protection of Whistleblowers and Prohibition of Retaliation
