PROJECT

Hotel

First Cabin Kyobashi

CONCEPT

This project was the 12th First Cabin facility, and the largest new construction site for the brand. The aim was to further enhance the public areas and to feature premium cabins for the first time ever to solidify its position as a First Cabin flagship facility. The floor height has been configured to support various uses, including future conversion. First Cabin invited restaurant tenants for the ground floor to improve services in the hotel while adding to the area’s bustling atmosphere. The blue line illumination in the curtain wall sharply lights the premises at night, making it an iconic presence in the city.
