HANEDA INNOVATION CITY Office Interior VR Production

This is a VR production project for leasing offices to be housed in HANEDA INNOVATION CITY, a large scale mixed-use facility opening in 2023 in Haneda Airport 1-chome. The system is set up to provide a more realistic VR experience by linking it with gyro sensors (sensors that measure movement) on tablets and smartphones so that customers viewing the offices can actually see and walk around the site and get an image of the future office furniture and interior design, which are not actually installed. The system was created so that it can be easily operated with a web browser, without the need for a high-spec PC or dedicated software. A PC version is also available for overseas visitors who cannot visit the site in person, allowing them to experience both the unfurnished office space and the interior-designed office space in a 360-degree view at the touch of a button. Prior to the VR production, we also produced computer graphics of the facility’s exterior, offices, common areas, and rooftop deck.
