PROUD Toritsu-daigaku Architectural CG, animation, and VR production

Introduction of Digital VR Models Improves Efficiency of Design Work and Creates More Precise Content This is a CG and VR production project for the sales of Nomura Real Estate Development condominium “PROUD Toritsu-daigaku” in which we were involved in the design and supervision of the design. In response to the client’s request to “express the cozy atmosphere of the low-rise residence located in a quiet residential area rich in nature in Meguro-ku, not only with still images but also with movement,” we introduced digital VR models for the first time, making full use of animation and VR technologies. By switching from an actual model to a digital VR model, the client was able to omit the space required to set up the model and the time required for its production, and greatly expand the range of expression that is difficult to achieve with an actual model. Even during periods when it is difficult to attract customers to the local showrooms at the Corona Disaster, we provided high-quality content that enables prospective buyers to visualize the completed condominium as if they were looking at the actual building.
