Isuzu Vietnam Office Renovation

CONCEPT
The renovation project of Isuzu’s automobile manufacturing factory, built in 1995. The strategy focused on minimal changes with maximum impact, achieving a cost- and time-efficient upgrade. Spaces were optimized by creating a multifunctional canteen for meetings and training, and by redesigning toilets with clear dry/wet zones for better efficiency. The work environment was improved through reduced noise, brighter interiors, and better air quality. A unified color tone strategy — cool tones for public areas, warm for private, and balanced for shared spaces — enhanced both professionalism and comfort. The factory now delivers a stronger brand image and fosters pride and motivation among staff, creating a more positive workplace.
