PROUD Gotanda CG production

This is an architectural CG production project for the Nomura Real Estate condominium series “PROUD Gotanda”. The client requested a “double-faced symbolic design centered on the entrance with a sense of depth, extending to Yamate-dori Avenue and to the Meguro River,” which was expressed through computer graphics. In order to accurately guide design decisions, we focused on details such as spatial scale, materials and textures of exterior and interior materials, and the transition of time. This is a new type of urban condominium that aims to “integrate work and residence.” It features an interior corridor design to enhance comfort, a 120m2 lounge on the second floor with a WiFi environment, and other common spaces designed to make “working” and “living” more comfortable. The dignity of the building and the texture of the materials used, which are unique to the urban environment, were achieved through the use of scientific design techniques such as CG lighting effects and the use of materials and colors, providing graphics that enable decision-making for the future, as if one were looking at the actual building, even though it is a CG building.
