EDGE Esaka Digital signage content production

Entrance digital signage planning and production project for EDGE Esaka, a high-grade office building directly connected to Esaka Station on the Midosuji Line, where three 6,500 mm high ultra-longitudinal LED display monitors were installed in the atrium space at the first floor entrance. A total of three types of content were optimised for the monitor shape and graphically presented: a clock, weather information and an “effect animation” when switching between these two types of content. As the station is visible to many passers-by and from the café opposite, we were conscious of the fact that the information can be obtained at a glance, and also incorporated an element of water to create a soothing space in the bustling city. The background animation of the “weather information” changes in accordance with real-time weather conditions, providing easy-to-understand, high-quality information that can be sensed and understood by users.
