Fujita Medical Innovation Center Tokyo

CONCEPT

A new project of Fujita Health University in Haneda, the gateway to Japan. The center is for next-generation medical care and research that will disseminate to Japan and overseas highly accurate diagnostic and treatment technologies based on abundant evidence from Fujita Health University Hospital, which boasts the largest number of beds in Japan as a single hospital located in Toyoake City, Aichi Prefecture, and will provide precision medical checkups and other services. The first basement floor to the third floor houses several medical departments, while the fourth floor is a place where medical-related companies are invited to collaborate with industry and academia, and an exhibition area for the latest equipment is provided. The center houses the Haneda Clinic and the Fujita Executive Club Haneda, and is designed to provide an upscale and special atmosphere. Many flow lines and spaces that ensure privacy are secured, and high-quality, warm, and authentic interior finish materials such as natural stone, natural wood, and Japanese paper are used. At the entrance, a light wall of Japanese paper warmly welcomes guests, and private rooms offer a view of the runway, creating a space away from everyday life.
