Residential Aoba Hirosegawa CG Creation Work

CG creation project for sales promotion of a large-scale apartment complex in Sendai City, which was jointly developed by World iCity and Mitsubishi Estate Residence, and in which we were involved in design and supervision. The project consisted of three low-rise villa residences on a site of over 9,400 m2, and the client requested CG representation of the privileged location based on an architectural design that took into consideration the relationship between the Hirose River flowing in front of the building and the magnificent nature, as well as the landscape. We selected angles and made proposals that would allow the surrounding abundant nature to be enchanted in a vivid manner, and aimed to create a CG production that would be bright and full of happiness for the family. We processed photos for compositing in 2D and then combined them with 3DCG. To make the result close to the actual landscape, we adjusted brightness and color, collaged trees, and performed other elaborate processing and innovations to embody the Residential and its surrounding environment in abundant natural beauty.
